Otto Link 4 Super Tone Master alto saxophone mouthpiece

Not the cleanest mouthpiece in the world, but a good candidate for refacing to your desired spec.  As the pictures show, there are scratches and finish flaws throughout, very light dings on the face, but no serious damage to our eyes.  Of course, a top pro repair tech could tell more and describe this better.
