Return and refund Policy
Friendly Hills Music return policy. All purchases other than items sold "AS IS" can be returned at the buyer's expense within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us at info@friendlyhillsmusic.com to start a return. Items received not as described will be returned via shipping label at our expense. In some cases we will split return expenses to be fair to both parties.
Items sold as new must be returned in new condition, unless defective. Defective items will be returned via call tag at the seller's expense, or replaced/repaired via factory warranty. Opened/used items will be charged a 15% restocking fee except when defective.
Friendly Hills Music is passionate about providing great playing instruments for people to enjoy. We set up and test every instrument before we ship them. If we can't get a satisfactory setup, on par with factory settings, we will contact you prior to shipping. Everyone has their setup preferences, we cannot predict your preferences, so if you would like to share those, please contact us prior to purchase so that we can see if we can accommodate. Wooden instruments are subject to change via humidity levels. If a setup has drifted out of spec due to travel between different humidity levels across distance, please contact us to see if we can coach you via phone to reset the original setup. In some cases, we will pay for or co-opt additional adjustments at a fairly priced local shop.
If we find additional flaws that were missed upon listing, we will contact you to make you aware. Not all transactions can be perfect, so in the case of our mistake, we will make it right.
