Gretsch G2420T Streamliner Hollowbody single cutaway Midnight Sapphire electric guitar

This is a really nice guitar with a straight neck, low action and killer tone.  As a refurbished instrument, it is stamped "USED" on the back of the headstock to indicate that it no longer carries factory warranty.   This finish is nearly impossible to photograph.   It reflects everything in the photo booth because it is on the dark side, but really glossy.  Other than the stamp, the finish looks gorgeous with a dark blue/green metallic finish.  It has a light distortion in the finish along the binding on the back, treble side.  It looks a little "off".  Most people wouldn't notice this in anything but bright light and with focus on that area.

The Streamliner's sonic power is harnessed and shaped by the traditional control layout - neck and bridge pickup volume controls, a master tone control, master volume control and three-way pickup switching.

The addition of a push/pull pot on the master volume control allows coil-splitting to provide useful single coil sounds, adding another layer of tonal versatility to an already strong sonic arsenal.
